Dear teachers,

As the Warsaw Feis 2006 is drawing closer and closer there is some important information to be given: Below you will find some crucial details on the Feis organization.

1) Entrance for dancers and instructors is located at the left side of the "Rampa" theatre (brown door with dramatic masks pattern on it).

2) Participants' numbers and teachers' identity cards will be distributed between 8 and 8.30 am. Please note, that it is important to arrive at the Theatre at the given time. We advise that dancers' numbers should be collected by teachers personally. It will help Feis staff to quickly register the dancers, make people waiting at the door more comfortable and definitevely shorten the line.

3) All other people (guests, participants' families or friends) enter the Theatre through the main entrance. They are to display or the ticket on entrance to the Theatre.

* 09.05 - 12.00 Beginner Solo Competitions
* 12.00 - 12.30 Lunch break
* 12.30 - 14.00 Primary Solo Competitions
* 14.00 - 14.50 'Trophy' - Beginner & Primary Competitions
* 14.50 - 15.20 Ceili, Original Teacher's Choreography
* 15.20 - 16.00 Traditional Set Dance
* 16.00 - 16.10 Two Hand Reel
* 16.10 - 16.30 Intermediate Solo Competitions
* 16.30 - 16.50 Open Solo Competitions
* 16.50 - 17.10 'Perpetual Trophy' - Intermediate and Open Competitions
* 17.10 - 17.20 Set Dance Competitions
* 17.20 - 17.25 Ceremony of closing the Feis

Order of competitions may be subject to change.

5) Detailed information on order of participants' entrance on stage is published in the Feis Programme which may be purchased at the Registration Desk at the cost of 5 zł.

6) Feis tickets may be purchased in the Rampa Theatre ticket offices all Saturday. On the preceding days the ticket offices will be open Monday - Saturday 11.00 - 19.00 and on Sundays when performances are staged 15.00 - 19.00.
